Rarejob provides good English education at a low cost. This service is good especially for people who can read English but can not speak or write it well.
Reading and listening can be improved by self-education. You do not have to face to PC. You can practice them on trains or on waiting lines. But it is difficult to practice speaking and writing of English. You have to take time to practice pronunciation and you have take time to write sentence by yourself. But to make them better, someone else, who understand English better than you, is needed to provide you with feedbacks. Who can play that role?
There are two reasons why it is not a good idea to find one in Japan.
Firstly, it costs a lot. It is difficult to take private lessons in Japan. It is too expensive in Japan. Labor cost is usually 800,000 yen (=400,000PHP or 9,000USD) per month. (This is not the amount teachers get but it costs around this amount including the cost for office, social security and so on.) People usually work 20 days a month, 8 hours a day. So it costs 40,000 yen a day and 5,000 yen an hour. This means if you want to take private lesson for one hour, you have to pay more than 5,000 yen.
Secondly, there are not many who understand English better than you and who are willing to spare their time to teach English to you. People who have studied English a lot usually find job in other fields. If they are good in business or technology, they are not likely to work in English schools. I have heard that most of English teachers in junior high and high school can not get higher score than 730 on TOEIC exam. I do not know if it is true or not but according to my experience, not many of them can speak English.
In short, if you want to practice speaking and writing English, you have to find your teacher but it is not a good idea to find one in Japan. It is a good idea to find teacher at Rarejob. But for other skills, reading and listening, can be improved by yourself and should be improved by yourself.

Rarejobだけ・・・・ではなかなか成長できないですよね。
3ヶ月ほどフィリピンに語学留学にいっていたことがありますが、基本が出来ている人は伸びが速いです。単語も文法も分からない状態で語学留学を始めてしまうと、効率よく上達できないですね。
